Built for a crowd

We are open to public and private events, including fairs, festivals, craft shows, concerts, community gatherings, racetrack events, company events, and private celebrations.

Based in Wooster, Ohio, we primarily serve Wayne, Richland, and Holmes counties. We generally travel within 60 miles for one-day events and can travel farther for multi-day events.

Recommended space

A 25- to 30-foot-long booth space provides room for the trailer and rear gate. We have successfully worked within 10-foot-wide booth assignments; please allow appropriate serving-window and guest clearance.

Electric

A 220-volt, 50-amp electrical connection is preferred. We can also bring a generator when venue power is not available.

Site access

Please provide vehicle and trailer access to the assigned space for setup and teardown. Share gate sizes, surface conditions, and arrival restrictions with us before the event.

What kinds of events can book the Mobile Hat Bar?

We serve fairs, festivals, craft shows, concerts, community and public events, company events, private gatherings, racetrack events, and other events where guests would enjoy building a custom hat.

How far does the trailer travel?

We generally travel within 60 miles of Wooster, Ohio, for a one-day event. We can consider farther travel for multi-day events.

How much space does the trailer need?

The trailer is approximately 22 feet long, 8.5 feet wide when closed, 12.5 feet wide with the serving window open, and 8 feet tall. A 25- to 30-foot-long booth assignment is recommended so the rear gate can be used if needed.

What electrical service is required?

A 220-volt, 50-amp connection is preferred. If venue power is not available, we can bring a generator when arranged in advance.

How do I request an event date?
